About the Event
Workday and BBQ at the Yellow Creek Corrals on the range.
Start time for the workday is 10am BBQ starts at 1pm. Piceance Mustangs will provide hot dogs, hamburgers and
beverages. Please bring a side dish to share and your own chair. We will provide horse viewing tours in the afternoon.
Bring your gloves, long handled shovel and any fencing tools you have. Be sure to pack water, snacks and anything else you might need during the work part of the day.
Directions: From either state highway 64 or 13 pick up county road 5, Piceance Creek road, and follow till you reach county road 20 at about mile marker 37. Turn west onto 20 and follow to the "Y" where it meets county road 122. Stay to the right which puts you on county road 122. Take the first left right after crossing the cattle guard to enter the corrals.
